From the Lonely Planet we learned that Zagreb was not supposed to dazzle us with charm, and that it would take time to appreciate its value. Wrong.

After Krakow, we left for Bratislava in Slovakia. When we at last arrived it turned out to be a beautiful city.

After the Germans had fought the Polish army in the autum of 1939, the city Oswiecim was annexed into the Third Reich, and the name was changed to Auschwitz.

Krakow is a very charming town, and if you visit Poland it is a must.Very relaxed atmosphere, a lot of places to eat and drink, and overall just beautiful.

After a nice flight from Trondheim in Norway, we landed at Warsaw international airport on the 21st of June. The impression of an East Block country where absolutely present.
